Gluten Free Pizza in a Flash!

Pizza is one of the things that I miss the most since going gluten free. I used to enjoy making homemade pizza dough and baking some yummy pizzas at home.  We tried a few frozen gluten-free pizzas and some frozen gluten-free pizza crusts with not very good results.  Until that is trying Udi's gluten-free crust

It's the perfect texture and bakes up nice and crisp without the chewy center others have. Now we can pick them up from the store (Hy-Vee Heath Market) let them thaw a bit, add my sauce (see recipe below), cheese, and any other toppings.  They only take about 5-7 minutes to bake up and YUMMO!

My Sweet Pizza Sauce


1 can (15oz) tomato sauce
1 can (6oz) tomato paste
1 Tablespoon ground oregano
1 1/2 teaspoons dried minced garlic
1 teaspoon ground paprika
3 Tablespoons to 1/4 cup sugar
